PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Our standard preventative maintenance service includes routine checks such as oil filters, air filters, and oil replacement. We also specialize in 1,000-hour service requests, making routine adjustments to keep your equipment in top shape and minimize unplanned downtime.

INSPECTIONS

We offer on-demand inspections to ensure your equipment remains compliant with the latest ANSI, CSA, and OSHA AND DOT regulations. Our inspections are tailored to your specific needs and can be scheduled annually or as required. Stay ahead of potential issues and avoid unexpected downtime.

UNPLANNED REPAIRS

We understand that things don’t always go according to plan. That’s why our experts are available 24/7 for emergency repairs on your equipment. Whether it’s engines, transmissions, pumps, cylinders, valves, brakes, or electrical systems, our skilled technicians will get your equipment back in action as quickly as possible.

Standard Repair Pricing:

  • Hourly Rate: $210 per hour (portal-to-portal)

  • Service Call Fee: $200 (applies to all on-site service calls)

  • Parts: Cost of parts will be invoiced based on actual pricing, plus handling and delivery fees where applicable.

  • Travel Time: Portal-to-portal, meaning from the time the technician leaves the office until the time they return.

  • After-Hours Rate: For services required outside of normal business hours, a surcharge of 1.5x the regular hourly rate will apply.

  • Emergency/Expedited Service: If expedited service is required, a 20% surcharge will be added to the total bill.

Additional Services:

  • On-Site Diagnostics: $300 flat fee (for initial diagnostics at the job site).

  • Fuel Delivery (if applicable): $5 per gallon, plus delivery fees

EACH Studio Generator set comes standard with easy-to-read instrumentation, including LED OR ANALOG gauges for amperage, voltage and frequency. We also include multiple sets of camloks, Bates connectors and Edison convenience receptacles that create a “mini” distribution panel for quick electrical connection. Dual-voltage regulators provide voltage regulation redundancy with just the flip of a switch. Furthermore, the enclosures feature lightweight aluminum construction with two layers of acoustical insulation for even more noise suppression, and DC lighting inside the enclosure to illuminate service areas. The overall compact design of our units allows mounting against a THREE AXEL tractor cab or on a trailer equipped with a fuel cell.
